How do we use the information?

We may provide news on our activities including events, research, publications and campaigns. If you register to attend an event, we may pass your personal information to a 3rd party directly involved with that event for the purpose only of event management and only if it is necessary e.g. registration. We will not share your information for marketing purposes with 3rd party companies or organisations. We may use your data for analysis and performance management of our services. Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) the lawful bases we rely on for processing information are:

Data Security procedures are in place to ensure only authorised personnel in the performance of relevant duties have access to data. This may include the use of 3rd party services (e.g. newsletter distribution service). We keep personal data for 3 years after last contact and then it is securely deleted from our records.
