Why We Need Publicly Owned Energy for a Green New Deal

The UK has made significant progress in decarbonising its energy system. Yet much work remains to build a low-carbon, efficient and affordable energy future. This release is included in a series on infrastructure, as part of Common Wealth's Green New Deal project.
